预见性护理在急性心肌梗死院前急救中的应用

目的：比较预见性护理与常规护理在AMI患者院前急救中的应用,探讨AMI患者更好的院前急救方法。方法：将2010年12月-2012年12月79例患者作为实验组,在常规急救护理基础上实施预见性护理干预。以2008年11月-2010年11月的79例患者作为对照组,按常规急救护理。比较患者急救反应时间、抢救成功率和并发症发生率。结果：两组患者的急救反应时间、抢救成功率、并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：急性心肌梗死患者实施院前预见性护理干预不仅可以缩短院前急救反应时间,而且可以提高抢救成功率和减少并发症的发生率,保障患者的安全。

Application of Foreseeable Nursing in Acute Myocardial Infarction Pre-hospital Emergency

Objective： To compare the roles between foreseeable nursing and routine nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction pre- hospital emergency, to explore a better method of pre-hospital emergency.Method： A total of 79 patients from December 2011 to December 2012 as the experimental group, based on the routine nursing implementation of foreseeable nursing intervention.79 cases from November 2008 to November 2010 were control group, which were given routine nursing.Compared the emergency reaction time, the success rate of rescue and complication. Result： The defferences between the 2 groups were of statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The application of the pre-hospital foreseeable nursing intervention in acute myocardial infarction can not only shorten the emergency reaction time, but also can-effectively improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the occurrence of complications, ensure patients＇ safety.
