施保利通治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效

目的：探讨施保利通治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法：将手足口病患儿114例随机分为观察组65例和对照组49例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加服施保利通,比较两组疗效。结果：观察组总有效率90.8%,对照组总有效率75.5%,观察组热退时间、皮疹消退时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：施保利通治疗小儿手足口病具有明显疗效,可缩短热程,加速皮疹愈合时间。

A Clinical Effect of Esberitox on Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Objective： To observe the efficacy of esberitox in the treatment of Hand-foot-month disease.Method： 114 cases children with HFMD were randomly divided into 65 cases of the observation group and 49 cases of the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was given esberitox on the basis of conventional treatment, compared the efficiency of the two groups.Result： The total efficiency of observation and control group were 90.8% and 75.5% respectively.The times of temperature coming down and rash subsiding were obviously shorter than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Esberitox has obvious efficacy in treatment HFMD.It can reduce the time of fever and improve the rash cure time.
