重症胸部闭合性损伤的诊治体会

目的：探讨重症胸部闭合性损伤的诊断和治疗。方法：对180例重症胸部闭合性损伤的患者的诊断、治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果：诊断胸部闭合性损伤吻合率100％，治愈151例（84％），死亡29例（16％）。结论：大部分重症胸部闭合性损伤可以诊断并经非手术治疗及胸腔闭式引流治疗治愈；对血流动力学不稳定的患者及早剖胸探查预后好，有效治疗多脏器复合伤等并发症，能提高患者的生存率。

Experience of Treatment of 180 Patients with Chest Trauma

Objective： To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of chest tranma.Method： The causes of injury, types of injure and treatmentin 180 patients with chest trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Result： The rate of all patients diagnostic chest closed injury was 100%, Among them, 151 cases were cured （ 84% ） and 29 cases were dead （ 16% ） .Conclusion： The most severe chest blunt injury can be diagnosed and cured by non-surgical and dosed thoracic drainage therapy; early exploratory thoracotomy prognosis is good, ant effective treatment of combined injury multiple organ complications, can improve the survival rate.
