高千伏胸部摄影在健康体检的应用

目的：探讨直接数字化X线摄影（digital radiography,DR）胸部高千伏摄影在健康体检的应用价值及优势。方法：在健康体检胸部摄影中随机分组,分别采用高千伏技术和普通千伏技术,由多位有经验的影像科医师、技师评价影像质量,比较两组一次成功率和受检者曝光量。结果：高千伏组甲级片占92.0%,普通千伏组甲级片占84.0%;高千伏胸部摄片一次成功率99.6%,普通千伏胸部摄片一次成功率98.5%;高千伏技术个体曝光量是普通千伏个体曝光量的1/3。结论：在健康体检中行DR胸部摄影,采用高千伏技术在提高影像质量,降低曝光量,减少受检者辐射剂量,延长机器使用寿命等方面有明显优势。

Application Value of Chest Digital Radiography with High KV in Health Screening

Objective：To study the application value and advantage of chest digital radiography with high KV（kilovolt）in health screening. Method：High KV digital radiography and general KV radiography were adopted in two health screening groups which were divided randomly.The image qualities were evaluated by several experienced radiologists and radiographers.one time success rate and exposure value were also compared.Result：The image qualities of High KV group with its class A was 92.0% and the one of general KV group with its class A was 84.0%. one time success rate with High KV group was 99.6% and the one with general KV group was 98.5%.The individual exposure value with High KV group was 1/3 of the one with general KV group.Conclusion：Chest radiography with high KV in health screening has clear advantages in improving image quality,reducing radiation to the physical examination people and extending the service life of the machine.
