宫外孕失血性休克65例的术前抢救配合及术后护理

目的：观察分析宫外孕失血性休克的术前抢救配合及术后护理的方法。方法：回顾性分析65例宫外孕破裂失血性休克患者的资料及术前抢救和术后护理的方法。结果：65例患者抢救全部成功,无一例在抢救及手术过程中死亡。休克得到良好纠正,所有患者的切口均甲级愈合,无1例患者出现切口感染及其他并发症。结论：抢救前的准备工作应到位,抢救中的循环改善工作应重点落实,手术中的生命体征检测应密切,术后的切口护理和心理护理应全面不仅能够有效的提高患者生命挽救的成功率,对于改善其预后也有者较为显著的影响。

Nursing Care of 65 Cases of Hemorrhagic Shock Ectopic Pregnancy Preoperative and Postoperative Treatment

Objective：To observe the methods of the rescue coordination and postoperative care preoperative analysis of ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock.Method：Retrospectively analysed 65 cases of ruptured ectopic pregnancy in patients with hemorrhagic shock and rescue preoperative and postoperative care.Result：The rescue was successful in all 65 patients ,and no one in the rescue and death during surgery.Shock well corrected,all patients the incision healing,one patient developed a wound infection and other complications.Conclusion：Preparatory work before the rescue should be in place,the rescue cycle improvements should focus on the implementation,should be closely vital signs detected surgery,postoperative incision care and psychological care should be comprehensive not only able to effectively improve the success rate of patients with life-saving for improve its prognosis is more significant impact.
