软脉降脂胶囊对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及MDA、SOD、NO的影响

目的观察软脉降脂胶囊对食饵性高脂血症大鼠血脂及血清一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响.方法以高脂饲料喂饲大鼠建立高脂血症大鼠模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、软脉降脂胶囊组(A组)、洛伐他汀对照组(B组)、血脂康对照组(C组).空白组、模型组灌生理盐水,其他各组分别灌药,观察用药前后血脂、MDA、SOD、NO的变化.结果用药12周后,各灌药组的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)较模型组均明显降低(P＜0.05),A组降TG作用优于B组、C组(P＜0.05);并且A组有升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、降低MDA水平、提高SOD活力的作用,优于B组、C组(P＜0.05).结论软脉降脂胶囊能够调整脂质代谢、抗脂质过氧化、升高NO水平,从而保护血管内皮,抗动脉粥样硬化.

Influence of Ruanmaijiangzhi Capsule (RMJZC) on Blood Lipid MDA,SOD and NO of Rats with Dysliproteinemia

Objective To observe the effect of RMJZC on blood lipid and the nitric oxide (NO),malonyldialdehyde (MDA),super oxide dismutase (SOD) of the rats fed with high fat diet.Methods Sixty rats were fed high fat diet to result in hyperlipidemia models,then they were divided randomly into blank group,model group and group A (RMJZC),group B (Lovastatin Tablets),group C (Xuezhikang Capsule). We infused physiological saline into the stomach of rats in the blank group and model group,but medicine into which of rats in group A,B and C. Changes of above laboratory indexes were observed before and after giving medicine.Results After twelve weeks,the level of serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) of the groups given medicine was lower than that of the model group(P<0.05). The effect of RMJZC was superior to that of Lovastatin Tablets or Xuezhikang Capsule on reducing TG,MDA and improving high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL),NO,SOD(P<0.05).Conclusion RMJZC could modulate lipid metabolism,resist lipid peroxidation and raise the level of NO so AS to protect vascular endothelium and prevent atherosclerotic.
