| Abstract: | Based on the hospital management, the article discusses the relationship between the Party's construction in hospital anddeveloping hospital's brand in the condition of socialist marketing economy. It points out that to strengthen the Party's construction in hospitalis the key for developing hospital's brand and the embodiment. Organization construction is the core for developing hospital's brand. The Party'sconstruction in grassroots is the guarantee for developing hospital's brand. The role of Party's construction in hospital must be played in developinghospital's brand, the Party's organization must develop a good cultural atmosphere to lead staff to improve the hospital's brand in conductinginnovation. |
