苏丹黄和偶氮苯混合液薄层色谱的分离实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨苏丹黄和偶氮苯混合液薄层色谱(TLC)的分离条件.方法选用不同的溶剂和展开剂,比较分离效果和Rf值.结果选用环己烷作溶解剂,用环己烷与乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂或与乙醇的混合溶剂作为展开剂,可以得到满意的分离结果.结论苏丹黄和偶氮苯混合液TLC的分离条件以环己烷作为溶解剂,用10mL环已烷与3滴乙酸乙酯或3滴乙醇的混合溶剂作为展开剂,结果满意.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the separating condition of the thin layer chromatography(TLC) of the mixture of sudan I and azobenzene. Methods To choose the different dissolvent and developer,to compare the separating effect and Rf. Results The satisfied separating result can be got by choosing cyclohexane as dissolvent and the mixture of cyclohexane and ethyl acetate or grain alcohol as developer. Conclusions The separating condition for the mixture TLC of sudanI and azobenzene is cyclohexane as dissolvent, the mixture with 10ml cyclohexane and 3 drops of ethyl acetate (or 3 drops of grain alcohol) as developer.
