肺癌患者的多原发恶性肿瘤

目的：总结肺癌患者多原发恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗经验。方法：分析肺癌患者多原发恶性肿瘤４５例的临床病理资料，占同期手术病理证实１８３６例肺癌的２．５％。男３８例，女７例。多原发肺癌１６例，占０．９％，其中１５例为双原发癌，１例为三原发癌；肺癌与其他脏器恶性肿瘤２９例，占１．６％，其中２７例为双原发恶性肿瘤，２ 三原发癌。结果：多原发肺癌患者术后３和５年生存率为６０．０％（６／１０）和４４．４％（４／９

Multiple Primary Malignant Tumors in Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of multiple primary malignant tumors in patients with lung cancer. Methods: Forty-five cases of multiple primary malignant tumors in patients with lung cancer consisted of 2.5% of 1836 cases of lung cancer. There were 38 males and 7 females. Sixteen (0.9%) patients had multiple primary bronchogenic carcinomas.15 cases of them had double lesions and 1 had triple lesions. In 29 (1.6%) cases of lung cancer, 27 cases had double primary malignant tumors and two cases had triple primary malignant tumors.Results: The postoperative 3-, 5-year survival rates in patients with multiple primary bronchogenic carcinoma were 60.0%(6/10), 44.4% (4/9) respectively, while the postoperative 3-, 5-year survival rates in patients had multiple primary malignant tumors of other organs prior to the lung cancer resection were 69.2% (9/13), 36.4% (4/11) respectively. We found that the survival rate of the operative group was higher than that of non-operative group.Conclusion: With the progression of medicine, both the surgeons and patients are aware of the early diagnosis and treatment of multiple primary malignant might improve the therapeutic effect in these patients.
