北京市房山区居民健康知识及健康行为

目的了解北京市房山区居民健康知识及健康行为形成状况,掌握薄弱环节以及影响因素,为政府制定卫生政策和干预策略提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,于2011年7月对房山区4个乡镇10个社区(行政村)的18～79岁居民进行问卷调查。结果房山区居民健康知识总体知晓率为75.15%,其中安全与急救知晓率79.4%、健康生活方式知晓率77.0%、基本医疗知晓率76.7%、传染病与地方病预防知晓率75.3%、慢性病预防知识知晓率67.3%;健康行为形成率为69.55%。结论房山区居民健康知识知晓率离《健康北京人—全民健康促进十年行动规划》和《健康北京"十二五"发展建设规划》目标还有一定差距,应加强健康教育与健康促进工作,广泛开展健康知识普及行动,提高居民的健康意识和健康知识水平

Survey of health knowledge level and Health behavior for residents in Fangshan District, Beijing

Objective To understand the health knowledge level of residents in Fangshan District, Beijing, and explore the weakness and its influencing factors, therefore to provide evidence for health policy making and intervention strategy developed by government. Methods The cluster random sampling method was enrolled in the study. Data collected by a survey from residents with the age of 18 to 79 years old in 10 communities or countries of 4 towns in Fangshan District. Results The total awareness rate of health knowledge among residents was 75.15%. The rates of safety and first aid, healthy lifestyle, basic health care, prevention of infectious and endemic diseases, control and prevention of chronic diseases and development of health behavior were respectively 79.4%, 77.0%, 76. 7%, 75.3%, 67.3% , and 69.55%. Conclusion Compared with the targets of ＂Healthy Pekingese -National Health Ten-Year Plan＂ and＂ 12th Five-Year Development Construction Plan for Health Beijing＂, there were still gaps in health knowledge awareness of residents in Fangshan District. In order to promote people ＂s health awareness and knowledge, health education and health promotion should be strengthened and emphasized.
