重视乙型肝炎患者健康教育的研究

目的:重视乙肝患者的健康教育。方法:将300例乙肝患者随机分成实验组160例,对照组140例。实验组进行单个指导、口头讲解、宣传栏和印成学习报等形式,复诊时测试、评分。对照组除正规、系统的治疗用药外,口头介绍一些乙肝健康知识。结果:在正规、系统治疗6个月后,实验组的总有效率(92.5%)明显高于对照组(67.14%)。结论:乙肝患者除了进行正规治疗外,重视患者的健康教育是十分必要的。

Study on the emphasis of health education on patients with hepatitis B

Objective：Emphasis on health education with hepatitis B patients.Methods：300 cases of hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n=160） and control group （n=140）.Experimental group given membership individual guidance, verbal explanations, billboards, printed study materials and etc, they would be tested and scored when they referraled. The control group only adopted verbal explanation of health education.Results：After 6 months for the formal and systematic treatment, the effective rate in experimental group （92.5%） was significantly higher than that of control group（67.14%）.Conclusion：It is very necessay to emhasis on the health education to the patients of hepatitis B beside regular treatmengt.
