豚鼠实验性布氏杆菌病的肉芽肿及有关病变

经病理学检查,本病的典型性肉芽肿有4个基本亚型;非典型性肉芽肿有6个基本亚型。后者的某些亚型在发生上有其特殊性。本次尚发现有冠状动脉壁上透明软骨化生和肾盂粘膜上皮化生,此可为本病患者的冠心病及肾盂病分别提供发病学上的另一依据。本工作中所用的再改良萋-纳氏抗酸染色,有其实用价值与优越性。

The Granuloma and other Lesions of Experimental Brucellosis in Guinea Pig

By Pathological examination, there are 4 Subtypes of typical granuloma and 6 subtypes of atypical granuloma in this disease. Some subtypes of the atypical granuloma possess their specificity.Metaplasia of hyaline cartilage on the -vall of the coronary artery and hyperplasia of the renal pelvis epithelium found in this work can be regarded respectively as an organic lesion in the patients with coronary disease and in the patients with renal pelvis disease etiologically.The renewed Z-N antiacid stain performed in this work is valuable in practice with it's superiority.
