方剂性味的多维宏观量化表达探析

以效用剂量和中药性味模糊量化作为方剂性味宏观量化两个基本参数,设计出方剂性味的多维宏观量化表达模型,具体包括:四性量化表达模型、五味量化表达模型、组合性味量化表达模型。通过以《中医类方辞典》中的"通用方"为样本开展试验,研究结果表明:基于效用剂量和中药性味量化的方剂性味多维宏观量化表达,能深入和客观地展现方剂的性能,有助于方剂在临床上的合理运用。

Study on Multi-dimensional Macroscopic Quantification Expression of Nature and Flavor of Formula

Based on two basic parameters,the functional dosage and the quantification of nature and flavor of medicines,we design models of multi-dimensional macroscopic quantification expression of nature and flavor of formula,which include quantification model of four nature,quantification model of five flavor,quantification model of combination of nature and flavor.we took the general formula as sample from Class Formula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and do the data preparation according to the rules and regulations of data processing.The result shows that the multi-dimensional macroscopic quantification of formula's nature and flavor can reflect the character of formula factually and profoundly,and the clinical application of formula is more reasonable.
