| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察芍药甘草汤的平喘和抗过敏作用。方法 :通过整体实验 ,观察芍药甘草汤对组胺所致豚鼠支气管收缩和卵白蛋白诱发的致敏豚鼠哮喘及致敏大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响。结果 :3g/ kg和10 g/ kg剂量的芍药甘草汤能显著延长豚鼠引喘潜伏期 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 0 1)和抑制大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :芍药甘草汤具有平喘和抗过敏作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of PeonyLicorice decoction on antiallergy and antiasthma.Methods:Observation was made in guinea pigs for the effects of PeonyLicorice decoction on relieving the asthma due to histamineinduced brochoconstriction and eggalbumin induced sensitization,and the changes of degranulation in the mast cells of cranial periosteum in sensitized rat.Results:PeonyLicorice decoction in the dose of 3 g/kg and 10 g/kg could prolong the latent period of asthma significantly in guinea pigs ( P <0 01 or P <0 001),and effectively inhibit the degranulation of mast cell in the cranial periosteum of rats ( P <0 001).Conclusions:PeonyLicorice decoction has the action on relieving asthma and antianaphylaxis. |
