我国护理教育现状、存在问题及对策

护理教育是卫生科学教育的重要组成部分，担负着为人民的卫生保健事业培养各级护理人才的重任。随着社会工业化、城市化、人口老龄化进程的加快，与生态环境、生活方式有关的问题日趋增多，护理范围日益扩大，人们及社会对护理服务质量的要求越来越高。本文通过总结分析我国护理教育现状及存在的问题，提出相应的对策。转变护理教育理念、提高护理教育层次、改善课程体系结构、完善教学方法和手段、加强师资队伍建设以及建立护理教育评估体系是我国护理教育健康有序发展的重要保障。

The Current Situation of Nursing Education, the Existing Problems and Its Countermeasures

Nursing education is one of the most important components in the education of health science,which plays a critical role in training multiple levels of nursing professionals for the cause of the people's health care in China.As a result of the acceleration in industrialization,urbanization and aging in our society,more and more health issues related to ecological environment and life style emerge,thus make it necessary to enlarge nursing service areas and to meet the needs of the people in our society by providing higher-quality services.By exploring the present situation of nursing education and the existing problems in China,and bringing forward relevant strategies,the author concludes that the important elements for our nursing education to develop soundly and orderly are transforming nursing education philosophy,upgrading nursing education level,improving systematic curricula structure,innovating teaching strategies and methods,reinforcing faculty training as well as setting up effective evaluating system.
