Ⅳ期食管癌的内镜介入治疗

98例Ⅳ期食管癌患者接受内交易蛤入治疗,全部在内镜下行食管梗阻扩 张解除术,21例行局部化疗,77例行支架治疗。结果：局部化疗使患 者肿瘤缓解4％达CR,47％达PR,患者生存期90％左右达3个月以上,50％左右达半年以上,1％达1年左右,在生存期间,患者生活质量80％以上达Ⅱ级以上,疼痛、上消化道出血为主要合并症,但出血率仅占5％左右,重度疼痛约占10％。结论：内镜介入治疗为Ⅳ期食管癌患者的有效治疗方法。

THE ANALYSIS OF TREATMENT RESULTS OF 161 CASESADVANCED GASTROESOGHAGEAL CARCINOMA WERETREATED BY ENDOSCOPIC TREATMENT

Objective:To study the relieved rate and the relieved period of obstruction of advanced gastroespageal carcinoma,also to study the complications by endoscopic treatment for this patients.Methods:161 cases of advanced gastroesoghageal patients were observated after dilation,who were taken memory metalstens or taken local chemotherapy.Results:Th PR of carcinoma was about 90%,CR was about 2% in the patients who were taken local chemotherapy,although the relieve of carcinoma could not be obtained in the patients who were taken memory metalstens but the quantity of life was improved and the period of life of these patients was prolonged,one of the patients with stens had lived for about one year.Conclusions:After dilation,endoscopic chemotherapy could be used to treat effectively the advanced gastroesophageal carcinoma.The quantity of the life of the patients who were taken metalstens.could be improved and the period of the life could be prolonged.
