β-catenin和Survivin蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨β-catenin、Survivin蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及意义.方法 免疫组织化学检测90例胆囊良恶性病变中β-catenin、Survivin蛋白的表达,分析与临床病理参数的关系.结果 (1)β-catenin在胆囊癌、腺瘤及慢性胆囊炎组织中的阳性率为86.0%、80.0%和25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),与分期、转移、生存时间及病程长短相关(P＜0.05).(2)Survivin蛋白阳性率分别为64%、20%和10%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),与分期和转移相关(P＜0.05).(3)两者表达呈正相关(rs=0.298,P＜0.05).结论 (1)Wnt信号通路和细胞黏附功能的异常可能与胆囊癌的发生、发展有关.(2)凋亡可能在胆囊癌的发生、发展中起作用,且Survivin蛋白表达与其不良生物学行为有关.(3)两者可能在胆囊癌的发生、发展中起协同作用.

The expression and significance of β-catenin and survivin in primary gallbladder carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of β-catenin and survivin protein in gallbladder carcinoma and the significance. Methods The expression of β-eatenin and survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry in 90 cases of gallbladder benign diseases and carcinomas. Results ( 1 ) The abnormal positive expression rate of β-catenin in primary gallbladder carcinoma, adenoma and cholecystitis was 86.0% ,80.0% and 25.0% respectively, with the difference being significant ( P ＜0.01 ). The abnormal positive expression of β-catenin in gallbladder carcinoma was closely related with Nevin stage, metastasis, survival time after operation and course of disease ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) ; ( 2 ) The positive expression rate of survivin in primary gallbladder carcinoma, adenoma and eholeeystitis was 64.0% ,20.0% and 10.0% respectively with the difference being significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The positive expression of survivin in gallbladder carcinoma was closely related with Nevin stage and metastasis ( P ＜ 0.05 ) ; (3) In gallbladder carcinoma the abnormal expression of β-catenin had a positive correlation with the expression of survivin (r, = 0. 298,P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion ( 1 )Wnt pathway and the loss of cell adhesion may play a role in the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinoma; (2) Apeptosis may play an important role in the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinoma and the overexpression of survivin had a correlation with malignant biological behavior of gallbladder carcinoma; (3) β-catenin and survivin may play a cooperative effect in the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinoma.
