| 摘 要： | 目的观察穿通支原体(Mycoplasma penetrans,Mpe)感染的IgA肾病患者外周血中T细胞亚群的变化,探讨Mpe感染与IgA肾病发病之间的关系。方法选取2009年1月至2010年6月期间在温州医学院第一附属医院肾内科经肾活检确诊、年龄>18岁的原发性IgA肾病患者118例为病例组,以PCR技术检测外周血中Mpe p35和Genus表达,进一步分为Mpe感染组和非Mpe感染组,以86例同期行健康体检者为正常对照组。以流式细胞术检测外周血中T细胞亚群水平。结果 IgA肾病组患者外周血CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T细胞水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与非Mpe感染组相比,Mpe感染组患者外周血CD3+、CD4+细胞及CD4+/CD8+比值均减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间CD8+细胞比例比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IgA肾病患者外周血中T细胞亚群比例失衡,表现为CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T细胞比例升高,CD4+/CD8+比值减低;Mpe感染后,进一步影响T细胞亚群。
