| 摘 要： | 目的 评价多排螺旋CT曲面重建(CPR)技术在低位胆道梗阻诊断中的临床应用和价值.方法 90例低位胆道梗阻患者行薄层CT扫描,沿胆道或胰管路径进行曲面重建,以手术、病理及临床随访结果为诊断标准.结果 CPR的定位诊断准确率为100%;病因诊断准确率为93.3%,其中良性梗阻的准确率为95.5%,恶性梗阻的准确率为87.0%.结论 CPR在一幅图像上完整显示胆管和胰管的全貌,同时清晰显示梗阻部位、病灶与胰胆管和周围比邻组织的关系,是横断位图像和多平面重建(MPR)图像的重要补充,具有很好的诊断作用和临床应用价值.
