光固化复合体在牙楔状缺损修复中的临床研究

目的探讨光固化复合体Dyract在牙楔状缺损修复中的疗效。方法将120例楔状缺损患者(284颗患牙)随机分为Dyract组(153颗)和对照组(131颗),对照组患者采用光固化复合树脂充填,Dyract组患者采用Dyract复合体充填。经6～12个月复查。临床根据修复体、形态、临床症状等以判断疗效。结果治疗12个月后Dyract组有效率92.35%,对照组78.65%,Dyract组12例无效中修复体脱落8颗,折断3颗,继发牙髓炎2颗;对照组28例无效中脱落15颗,折断8颗,继发牙髓炎3颗,色泽改变2颗。两者临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。USPHS评估系统分析则发现2组边缘密合度、边缘着色、修复体脱落方面均有明显差别(P<0.05)。结论采用光固化复合体修复楔状缺损较光固化复合树脂更理想,简便,容易操作,美观逼真,不变色,是修复楔状缺损的理想材料。

Light-cured dental composite wedge-shaped defect in the clinical research

Objective To investigate light-cured dental composite Dyract wedge-shaped defects in the results.Methods 120 patients with wedge-shaped defect patients（284 teeth） were randomly divided into Dyract group（153） and control group（131）,the control group were treated with light-cured composite resin,Dyract group of patients with complex filled with Dyract.After 6～12 months later.According to restoration of clinical,morphological,clinical symptoms to determine efficacy.Results After 12 months Dyract group was 92.35% and the control group was 78.65%,Dyract in 12 cases of in effective restoration off 8 cases,broken 3 cases,secondary to pulpitis 2.In control group,28 cases were ineffective in shedding 15,broken 8,secondary to pulpitis 3,the color change 2 cases.Statistically significant difference between the clinical efficacy（P0.05）.USPHS evaluation system analysis was found in Group 2 edge adaptation,edge coloring,body off restoration areas were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion The light-cured composite wedge-shaped defect repair than the more desirable light-cured composite resin,simple,easy to operate,beautiful and realistic,not color,is an ideal material for wedge-shaped defect repair.
