产科护士自我效能感及预防深静脉血栓形成知信行的调查研究

目的调查产科护士自我效能感及预防深静脉血栓形成知信行情况。方法以本院120例产科护理人员为对象。调查患者的自我效能感平分、预防深静脉血栓形成的知、信、行评分。结果本实验120例产科护理人员自我效能量表平均得分低于国际成人自我效能感平均得分(P<0.05)。不同工作年限及护理年限产科护理人员自我效能得分比较差异显著(P<0.05),工作年限>10年组自我效能得分高于5~10年及0~5年岁组(P<0.05),5~10年组自我效能得分高于0~5年组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,产科护理人员的工作年限及护理年限与自我效能感得分呈现正相关(r=0.351,P=0.014;r=0.342,P=0.028)。产科护理人员的自我效能感得分与预防深静脉血栓的知识、信念、行为得分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论产科护理人员的自我效能感受到工作年限及护理年限的影响,并对预防深静脉血栓形成的知识、信念及行为产生影响。

Investigation on Self-efficacy and Knowledge,Attitude and Practice of Obstetric Nurses in Preventing Deep Vein Thrombosis

Objective To investigate the self-efficacy of obstetric nurses and the knowledge,attitude and practice of prevention of deep vein thrombosis.Methods 120 cases of obstetric nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the objects.Objective to investigate the patients’self-efficacy score,knowledge,belief and practice score of prevention of deep vein thrombosis.Results The average score of self-efficacy scale of 120 obstetric nurses was lower than that of international adults(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of obstetric nurses with different working years and nursing years were significantly different(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of obstetric nursing staff with working years>10 years were higher than those of 5-10 years and 0-5 years old groups(P<0.05),and the self-efficacy scores of 5-10 years group were higher than those of 0-5 years group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the working years and nursing years of obstetric nurses were positively correlated with self-efficacy(r=0.351,P=0.014;r=0.342,P=0.028).The scores of self-efficacy of obstetric nurses were positively correlated with the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior of prevention of deep vein thrombosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-efficacy of obstetric nursing staff can be affected by working years and nursing years,and it has an impact on knowledge,belief and behavior of prevention of deep vein thrombosis.
