| Abstract: | The frequency of chromosome aberration and sister-chromatid exchange in the peripheral blood lymphocyte of workers exposed to TNT was studied. The results obtained were as follow: 1.The frequency of chromosome aberration in the workers exposed to TNT was higher than in the control(p<0.05). 2.SCEs/cell in the workers exposed to TNT was significantly higher than in the control(p<0.001). 3. The majority of aberration is chromatid gaps and chromatid breaks. |
