缬沙坦对冠心病患者血清 hs-CRP和颈动脉斑块的影响

目的：探讨缬沙坦对冠心病患者血清高敏C反应蛋白（ hs-CRP）和颈动脉斑块的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月该院收治的64例冠心病患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组（32例）和对照组（32例）；对照组采用阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用缬沙坦，检测治疗前后两组患者颈动脉斑块及hs-CRP水平。结果两组患者治疗后颈动脉斑块的大小、数量、厚度和血清hs-CRP水平均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0．05），与对照组相比观察组疗效更为明显（P＜0．05）。结论缬沙坦可显著降低冠心病患者血清hs-CRP水平和后颈动脉斑块大小、数量和厚度，抑制其炎症反应，消退动脉斑块，降低冠心病事件发生率。

Effect of valsartan on hs-CRP and plaque of carotid artery in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the effects of valsartan on hs-CRP and plaque of carotid artery in patients with coronary heart dis-ease.Methods Sixty-four patients with coronary heart disease treated in Xiaogan Central Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were chosen as research objects,who were randomized into observation group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases).The control group was treated with atorvastatin,aspirin therapy,while the observation group was treated with valsartan in addition.Carotid artery plaques and serum high sensitivity C reactive protein ( hs-CRP) levels were measured before and after treatment.Results Carotid plaque size,number and thickness and serum hs-CRP levels were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group was more effective (P<0.05).Conclusions Valsartan can significantly reduce the serum hs-CRP level and the size,number and thickness of carotid artery plaque in patients with coronary heart disease,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,remove plaque,and reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease.
