摘 要: | 目的:观察加味玉屏风散及单味中药对假丝酵母菌的体外抑菌效果,旨在寻求中药在抗真菌方面的优势作用。方法用琼脂稀释法观察加味玉屏风散各组和单味中药黄连、茵陈、炙黄芪对104株假丝酵母菌的体外抑菌作用。结果玉屏风散+黄连、玉屏风散+黄连+茵陈、黄连的抑菌效果较好,50%最低抑菌浓度(MIC50)分别为6.25、25.00、1.56 g· L-1,且对热带假丝酵母菌的抑菌效果最好,其次为光滑假丝酵母菌、白假丝酵母菌和葡萄牙假丝酵母菌,对近平滑假丝酵母菌抑菌效果较差。玉屏风散和炙黄芪仅对热带假丝酵母菌有一定抑菌效果,未发现茵陈对假丝酵母菌有抑菌作用。结论黄连及含黄连的加味玉屏风散对各种假丝酵母菌均有抑制作用,尤其是对耐药率较高的非白假丝酵母菌有较强的抑菌功效。这点对临床研究更有价值。

Abstract: | Objective Through observing the in vitro inhibition effects of flavored yupinfeng powder and single traditional Chinese med-icine against candida, to seek the antifungal effects of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) .Methods Using AGAR dilution method to observe in vitro inhibition effect of the flavored yupingfeng powder and single traditional Chinese medicine( e.g., rhizoma coptidis , herba artemisiae, Radix Astragali preparata) to 104 strains of candida.Results Fungi inhibition effects of Yupingfeng powder +rhi-zoma coptidis, yupingfeng powder +rhizoma coptidis +herba artemisiae, and rhizoma coptidis are good.The minimal inhibitory con-centrations of 50%(MIC50) were 6.25, 25.00 and 1.56 g· L-1, respectively.Tropical candida showed best inhibitory response, fol-lowed by smooth-candida, white candida and portugal candida, while nearly smooth candida the worst.Yupingfeng powder and Radix Astragali preparata has certain antifungal effects only for tropical candida.Herba artemisiae didn’ t show any antifungal effects.Con-clusions Rhizoma coptidis and the flavored yupingfeng powder with coptis has strong inhibition efficacy for a variety of candida, espe-cially for the non-Candida albicans with higher percentages.It is more valuable for clinical research. |
