| 摘 要： | 为观察脉络宁注射液与透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效,将87例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,A组48例,采用脉络宁注射液关节腔内注射,B组39例,采用透明质酸钠关节腔内注射,每周1次,4次为1个疗程,对其疗效进行对照观察。结果显示脉络宁组优良率为80.95%,透明质酸钠组优良率为82.35%(P<0.01),对比研究两组无显著性意义(P>0.05),二者具有相似的疗效。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinically curative effects of MAILUONING parenteral solution (MLN, a TCM composite used for osteoarthritis ) and Sodium Hyaluronate intraarticular injection on curing osteoarthritis of knee joints. 87 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of knee joints were randomly divided into two groups, group A (48 cases, MLN parenteral solution intraarticular injection ) and group B (39 cases, Sodium Hyaluronate intraarticular injection ), once a week, four times for a course of treatment. Curative effects of two were observed and evaluated after a course. It showed that excellent rates of them were respectively 80.95% and 82.35% (P<0.01), and there had no significance (P>0.05). It indicated that they had similar curative effect. |
