| 摘 要： | 目的 研究抗内皮细胞抗体 (AECA)测定在鉴别特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)和系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中的临床意义。方法 用ELISA法分别测定 76例ITP患者、4 1例SLE患者及 5 0名正常人血清中的AECA水平。结果 SLE组、ITP组患者的血清AECA水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;SLE组患者的血清AECA水平显著高于ITP组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 AECA的测定对鉴别ITP和SLE有显著的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of determining anti endothelial cell antibodies(AECA) in the differential diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods AECA in 76 patients with ITP,41 patients with SLE and 50 normal persons were detected by ELISA method. Results AECA in patients with SLE and with ITP were much higher than that in the normal group ( P <0.01),AECA in patients with SLE were much higher than that in the ITP( P <0.01). Conclusion Detecting AECA might be helpful for differentiating SLE and ITP. |
