面粉中过氧化苯甲酰和苯甲酸的含量分析

摘    要:目的采用气相色谱法同时测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰、苯甲酸,了解其在面粉中的含量。方法面粉中过氧化苯甲酰被还原剂还原成苯甲酸,经乙醚提取,用FID检测,外标法定量。面粉中苯甲酸被乙醚提取后,用FID检测,外标法定量。结果74份面粉及面粉制品样品中64份同时含有过氧化苯甲酰、苯甲酸,7份只检出过氧化苯甲酰,3份均未检出过氧化苯甲酰、苯甲酸。结论过氧化苯甲酰在面粉中使用广泛。建议制订面粉中过氧化苯甲酰、苯甲酸残留量卫生标准。

Contents of Benzoyl Peroxide and Benzoic Acid in Flour

Abstract:Objective To analyze the contents of benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid in flour by gas chromatography (GC). Methods Benzoyl peroxide in flour was extracted by aether and deoxidized into benzoic acid by reducing agent, and the extracts were determined by GC with FID. Results Benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid existed in 64 of 74 samples, benzoyl peroxide existed in 7 samples of 74 samples , no benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid in 3 samples of 74 samples. Conclusion Benzoyl peroxide is widely used in the process of manufacturing flour. Hygienic standard for benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid in flour should be estabhshed.
