治疗高尿酸血症药物研发现状与思考

高尿酸血症是临床常见的代谢性疾病,近年来呈现发病率上升趋势,是高血压、糖尿病、心血管疾病、慢性肾功能衰竭的诱因之一,影响了患者的生活质量。治疗方法以抑制尿酸产生或促进尿酸排泄为主,药物种类较少,不能满足临床实际需求。文章综述了近年来对高尿酸血症的发病机制研究进展及新药研究概况,对中药治疗高尿酸血症特点进行了分析,为基于临床有效中药研究与开发治疗高尿酸血症新药提供了思路。

Present research situation and thinking of drug in treating hyperuricemia

Hyperuricemia is a common metabolic disease in clinic with a growing tendency of morbidity. Hyperuricemia is one of the factor causes of hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and chronic renal failure, affecting life quality of patients. Generally, reducing of uric acid production and increasing of uric acid excretion are the major methods in clinic therapy. The kinds of medication are limited and not enough for clinic demand. This paper reviewed the pathogenesis mechanism research and new drug development of hyperuricemia, analyzed the characters of traditional Chinese medicines on hyperuircemia therapy, provided a thought of anti-hyperuircemia new drug research and development on the basis of clinic effective traditional Chinese medicines.
