中药淫羊藿治疗骨质疏松症的研究进展

骨质疏松症是以骨的微观结构破坏为特征,易于导致骨折发生的代谢性骨病,随着近年来老龄化的发展和发病率的上升,骨质疏松症已经成为严重影响老年人生活质量的社会问题。骨质疏松在中医称为"骨痹"、"骨萎",利用中药治疗骨质疏松历史悠久,近年来随着骨质疏松发生的机理逐渐明了,诸多研究者发现中药治疗骨质疏松的潜力巨大,且临床使用疗效良好。因此本文从古典医籍中治疗骨质疏松的经典中药淫羊藿为入手点,通过文献筛选来总结近年来淫羊藿治疗骨质疏松症的基础与临床的研究成果,旨在为临床使用中药治疗骨质疏松提供思路。

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine epimedium for the treatment of osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a metabolic bone disease characterized by bone microstructure damage and easy to cause fractures. Along with aging of the population in recent years, the incidence of osteoporosis is rising. Osteoporosis has become a social problem seriously affecting life quality of the elderly. Osteoporosis is called involving the bone and bone flag in Chinese medicine. The treatment of osteoporosis using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a long history. In recent years, with the gradually clear understanding of the mechanism of osteoporosis, many researchers have found that TCM has huge potential for the treatment of osteoporosis and good curative effect in clinical use. Therefore, this paper summarizes the progress of epimedium in basic research and clinical use, from the classical medical books in the treatment of osteoporosis in classical Chinese medicine as the starting point to the literature screening in recent years, aiming at providing a thought for the clinical use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis.
