摘    要:非创伤性股骨头坏死(non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head,NONFH)是一类以髋关节疼痛、功能障碍进行性加重为主的疾病,严重危害人体健康,全世界的发病人数呈逐年上升趋势,但其具体发病机制仍不清楚。近年的研究表明,基因多态性分析有助于破解这一难题。本文综述了与NONFH相关的热点基因,旨在为NONFH的预防和治疗找到新的方法和途径。

Abstract:Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head (NONFH) is a debilitating disease characterized by hip joint pain and progressive impairment of physical function, which could severely damage human health. Currently the cases of ONFH are increasing worldwide, while its pathogenesis remains insufficiently understood. Recent research indicated that genetic polymorphism analysis may constitute a promising strategy to address this challenging problem. This review highlights recent advances on the relationship between the genetic polymorphism and ONFH, with the aim of finding new solution to the prevention and treatment of NONFH.
