Discussion of qualified personnel training in institution of higher learning and sustainable growth

There is a very close relationship between high-quality personnel training and sustainable growth,especially in the economic area. This paper aims at reforming and innovating personnel training so as to meet the needs of the society and economic growth in an age of intellectual economy. It also suggests some improvement channels and measures in the concept, content and method of teaching.
