| 摘 要： | 异位寻娠是最常见的妇科急腹症,生殖期女性,任何年龄均可发病,多数患者由于血液动力学情况稳定,疼痛、出血和包块三大典型症状发生率低,难以诊断,本文通过对42例手术证实宫外孕患者病例资料分析,讨论实时超声诊断异位妊娠的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Extrauterine pregnancy is the most common gynecological acute abdomen. The disease might occur at any age of generative women. Most patents had stable hemodynamic condition. Pain, bleeding and mass were of lower incidence in these patients. So the diagnosis cxtrautcrinc pregnancy was difficult. In this paper, we analysed medical record of 42 cases of extrauterine pregnancy which had been confirmed by operation, we had disussed the value of real - time ultrasonic diagnosis in extrauterine preg-nacy. |
