| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨整体护理信息管理系统在临床应用的效果。方法 :首先在 4个科室进行试运行 ,使其一些数据指标进行调试后正式在全院展开。结果 :经过试运行及全院实施半年时间已显示出良好的临床效果 ,操作简单快捷 ,多数护理人员能很快地运用和掌握 ,调查结果显示 ,各项指标均达到护理要求。结论 :整体护理信息管理系统能满足多层次管理者的需要 ,规范工作程序 ,加强环节控制 ,提高工作效率和护理管理水平 ,实现整体护理综合信息化管理

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of information managing system in holistic nursing. Methods: The system was tried in four departments at first and then spread out in the whole hospital after correcting and mending the system and some digital targets. Results: The overall effects were good. The system was simple and easy to use. Most of nurse can operate it easily and quickly. All of targets were fulfilled according to the nursing requirements. Conclusion: The information managing system can satisfy the different requirements of nursing manager in different levels, make the work procedures standard and better connected, improve the work efficiency ,and make the multiple information managements in holistic nursing possible. |
