| 摘 要： | 目的观察氟比洛芬酯在妇科腹腔镜快通道麻醉技术术后镇痛的作用。方法45例择期全麻下行妇科腹腔镜的患者,随机分成A、B和C组,各组15例。A组:麻醉苏醒前予以静脉注射氟比洛芬酯注射液50mg,麻醉后6,12小时再次静脉注射50mg的氟比洛芬酯。B组:麻醉苏醒前予以接静脉镇痛泵含芬太尼1mg和0.9%生理盐水100ml,其浓度为1μg/ml,每小时注射速度为2ml。C组为术毕注射10ml生理盐水,术后6小时再注入10ml的生理盐水。对24h3组患者不同时点采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS),对镇痛治疗总体印象评分及不良反应进行观察对比。结果C组患者VAS评分在术后2h,6h,8h和12h比A、B组高(P<0.05),A组与B组在各时点上的VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组不良反应恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、嗜睡的发生率高于A组(P<0.05)。A和C组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A和B组镇痛治疗总体印象评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯在妇科腹腔镜快通道麻醉技术术后能达到有效的镇痛,且不良反应减少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of flurbiprofen axetil administration on postoperative analgesia in gynecological patients undergoing abdominoscopy with fast track anesthesia.
