针灸配合心理疗法治疗围绝经期综合征疗效观察

目的观察针灸配合心理疗法治疗女性围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将80例女性围绝经期综合征患者随机分为治疗组42例，对照组38例。治疗组运用针灸配合放松训练，支持性心理疗法，心理疏导，参加文娱活动等治疗：对照组仅采用针灸治疗。每日1次，15次为1个疗程，3个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组临床治疗总有效率为97．6％，情绪状态疗效为97．6％，对照组临床治疗总有效率为89．5％，情绪状态有效率为73．7％，两组临床疗效比较与情绪状态疗效比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针灸配合心理疗法治疗女性围绝经期综合征效果理想，较单纯针灸治疗有优势。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture and Moxibustion plus Psychotherapy in Treating Female Climacteric Syndrome
