| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钬激光在治疗小儿尿道狭窄中的应用效果。方法我们对21例尿道狭窄．2例后尿道瓣膜患儿经膀胱镜用钬激光行狭窄切开及瘢痕或瓣膜切除，并随访观察疗效。结果22例患儿一次治愈，仅1例因狭窄段过长复发，经再次钬激光切除治愈。结论钬激光是一种安全、高效、微创的治疗儿童尿道狭窄的新型手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of holmium laser on the treatment of urethral stricture in children. Methods 21 patients of urethral stricture and 2 patients of posterior urethral valve underwent holmium laser urethrotomy with cystoscope and were followed up to observe the efficacy. Results 22 patients were cured for the first time. One patient had recurrent obstruction for the segment of the urethral stricture too long and was cured with second time laser operation. Conclusions Holmium laser is a safe, highly effective, minimal invasion and a new method for the treatment of urethral stricture in children. |
