| 摘 要： | 目的探讨天王补心丹加减治疗中风后焦虑症的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后焦虑症患者随机分为2组,在醒脑开窍针刺治疗及降颅压、营养脑细胞等常规治疗基础上,治疗组30例予天王补心丹加减治疗,对照组30例予文法拉辛口服治疗,根据症状、体征及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者的焦虑程度状况进行评定。结果治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率63.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗后2组SAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论天王补心丹加减治疗中风后焦虑症疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Tianwang Buxindan on anxiety disorder after stroke. Methods 60 patients with anxiety disorder after stroke were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （n=30） were treated by Tianwang Buxindan. 30 cases in control group were treated by Venlafaxine. Other therapies were the same in two groups including acupuncture treatment of Open the orifices and dehydration therapy. State of anxiety degree was evaluated by symptom, sign and SAS.Results The total effective rate in treatment group （86.7%） was higher than that in control group （63.3%,P0.05）. SAS in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Tianwang Buxindan has definite effect on anxiety disorder after stroke. |
