外来手术器械纳入消毒供应室的管理流程

目的:探讨外来手术器械纳入消毒供应室的管理流程。方法:我院自2011年1月开始加强对外来手术器械的消毒供应室管理,观察2011年1～12月我院外来手术器械消毒合格率、差错发生率,并与2010年1～12月进行比较。结果:与2010年度相比较,2011年度我院外来手术器械消毒合格率明显提高,差错发生率明显下降,经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将外来手术器械纳入消毒供应室的管理流程,可有效提高工作效率,防止发生差错事故,保障了基层医院手术的安全性。

Management process of external operation instruments in disinfection supply room

Objective ：To explore the foreign operation instruments in disinfection supply room management procedure, for reference. Methods ： In our hospital from 2011 January to strengthen the foreign operation equipment disinfection supply room management, was observed from January to December 2011 in our hospital external instrument disinfection qualified rate,error rate,and c~mpare.d with the same period in ,i yem （ January to December in 2010）. Results： Compared with the 2010, in 2011 my courtyard external instrument disinfection qualified rate increased significantly, error rate decreased,with statistical sig- nificance（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：The foreign operation instruments in disinfection supply room management process, which can effectively improve the work efllciency,prevented the mistake accident,ensure operation safety of grass- roots hospital.
