| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸腔镜下胸外科手术的术中护理配合。方法:总结92例胸外科疾病患者电视胸腔镜手术治疗的护理配合,包括充分的术前准备,科学、熟练的术中配合。结果:手术过程顺利,未出现严重并发症,手术及护理效果均满意。结论:充分的术前准备及熟练的术中护理配合对胸腔镜手术顺利实施至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the nursing cooperation of thoracic surgery under the thoracoseope. Methods ：92 patients with thoracic disease were treated with video - assisted thoracic surgery. Sufficient preoperative preparation and tacit cooperation during the operation were made. Results： All operations suc- ceed. The satisfied clinical effective outcome was achieved. Conclusion ： Adequate preoperative preparation and skillful nursing cooperation are the key steps of the operative success. |
