循证护理在肠造口皮肤黏膜分离护理中的作用

目的:探讨缩短肠造口术后皮肤黏膜分离愈合时间、减少皮肤黏膜分离后并发症发生的最佳护理方法。方法:将发生肠造口术后皮肤黏膜分离的60例患者,运用循证护理和湿性愈合敷料进行切口护理,出院后门诊随诊2个月,观察其愈合时间,肠造口内陷及狭窄的发生情况。结果:运用循证护理和湿性愈合敷料进行切口护理后,患者7～28 d痊愈出院,造口内陷2例,造口狭窄1例,出院1个月后恢复正常。结论:将循证护理所获得的证据、护理经验和患者的实际情况相结合,能明显缩短患者的愈合时间及减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,提高肠造口患者的生活质量。

Effect of evidence - based nursing in nursing of skin mucosa membrane separation after undergoing enterostomy

Objective ： To investigate the healing time, and the best methods of care to reduce complications after the separation of the skin and mucous mem- brane shorten the enterostomy postoperative skin and mucous membrane separation. Methods： After will have the intestines ostomy the skin mucous mem- brane separation 60 patients,used evidence -based nursing and the wet cicatrization surgical dressing carries on wound nursing,follow -up for two months after discharge, observed its cicatrization time, the intestines made the inside the mouth to fall and the narrow occurrence situation. Results： A_~er follows card nursing and the wet cicatrization surgical dressing carried on wound nursing, hospitalized patients recovered and were discharged from hospital after 7 - 28 day, made the inside the mouth to fan 2 examples,after makes mouth narrow 1 example out of hospital after one month to restore normally. Conclusion： The evidence of evidence - based nursin care experience and the actual situation of the patients the combination can significantly shorten the healing time af- ter the occurrence and reduce the incidence of other complications, shorter hospital stays,improve the quality of life of patients with enterostomy
