扁平化管理模式在神经外科护理工作中的应用

目的:探讨扁平化管理模式在神经外科护理工作中的应用成效。方法:在神经外科病区实施扁平化管理,落实责任制整体分组护理患者,比较实施前后患者、医师的满意度,护理人员辞职率及科室护理质量。结果:实施后患者、医师对护士工作满意度高于实施前(P<0.05),护士的辞职率低于实施前(P<0.05),科室的护理质量高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在神经外科应用扁平化管理模式可有效提高患者、医师对护理工作的满意度,稳定护理队伍,提高科室护理质量。

Application Of fiat manAgemeut model in neurosurgery nursing

Objective ：To investigate the effect of the fiat management model in neuresurgery applications. Methods ：Took fiat management in the neuresurgery ward,implement the responsibility as a whole grouping of patient care,satisfaction surveys on the patients and doctors,compared the resignation rate of nur- ses, quality of nursing before and after fiat management. Results： After the implementation of patient, doctor nurse job satisfaction than bofore （ P 〈 0. O1 ）, nurse resignation rate lower than before （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the quality of nursing department prior to the implementation of the above （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Flat management mode in neuresurgery, which can effective]y improve the satisfaction of patient and doctor on nursing work, and improve the stability of the nursing team,improve the quality of care of the department.
