| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者生存质量的影响。方法:对116例类风湿关节炎患者在药物治疗和常规护理基础上,分别给予心理、疼痛和关节功能锻炼等方面的护理干预,对治疗和护理干预前后患者心理变化和疼痛缓解情况进行分析。结果:116例类风湿关节炎患者经治疗及护理干预后,关节疼痛情况得到有效缓解,与干预前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);焦虑、抑郁分值低于干预前(P<0.05);各项生活质量评分均高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:精心的护理干预对提高类风湿关节炎患者生存质量是有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 116 cases of rheuma- toid arthritis patients in the drug trcatment and routine nursing, nursing intervention on psyeholosical, pain and joint function exercise rcspectively ,were ana- lyzed before and after the treatment and nursing intervention in patients with psychological chanse and pain relid. Results ：The prognosis alter the treatment and nursing for 116 cases d patients with rheumatoid arthritis,joint pain was relieved, and before intervention were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）,anxl- ety,depression scores than before intervention （P 〈 0. 0S） ,quality of life scores were higher than those before intervention （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Nurs- ing is e~ective to improve the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arfluitis. |
