造口护肤粉联合皮肤保护膜及水胶体透明贴在治疗肠造口粪水性皮炎中的应用效果研究

目的:探讨造口护肤粉联合皮肤保护膜及水胶体透明贴在治疗肠造口粪水性皮炎中的应用效果。方法:选取2009年8月～2012年2月于本院进行治疗的96例肠造口粪水性皮炎病人为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各48例,然后将两组病人的治疗效果及干预前后的舒适度进行评估比较。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,病人的舒适度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:造口护肤粉联合皮肤保护膜及水胶体透明贴在治疗肠造口粪水性皮炎中的应用效果较好,值得临床应用推广。

Application effect on the peristomal skin care powder combined with skin protective film and hydrocoiloid transparent dressing in the treatment of intestinal stoma fecal dermatitis

Objective：To study the application effect of peristomal skin care powder combined with skin protective film and hydrecolloid transparent dressing in the treatmem of intestinal stoma fecal dermatitis. Methods：96 patients with intestinal stoma fecal dermatitis in our hospital from August 2008 to February 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（ peristomal skin care powder combined with skin protective film group）48 cases and observation group（ peristomal skin care powder combined with skin protective film and hydrocolloid transparent dressing greap）48 ca- ses,then the total effective rate, degree of comfort and quality of life before and after the treatment of two groups were eompared. Results ：The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control greup,the degree of comfort was better than the control group, the difference was statisticaJly sig- nificant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The application effect of peristumal skin care powder combined with skin protective film and hydrocdloid transparent dress- ing in the treatment of intestinal stoma fecal dermatitis is better,it is worthy of popularization and application.
