特发性突耳聋患者外周血内皮素的变化及其意义

目的通过对特发性突聋（ISSHL）患者外周血内皮素（ET）的测定,探讨ET在ISSHL中的作用。方法对60例ISSHL患者治疗前后以及56例健康者采用放射免疫法测定血浆ET。结果 ISSHL患者ET水平明显高于健康对照者（P〈0.01）,并同耳聋程度呈线性关系（r=0.771,P〈0.01）;伴有眩晕的ISSHL患者ET含量高于不伴有眩晕的ISSHL患者（P〈0.01）;治疗有效组治疗后的ET水平明显降低（P〈0.01）,同健康对照组比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）;治疗无效组治疗后的ET水平也有明显降低（P〈0.01）,但仍然高于健康对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 ET对ISSHL患者听力减退、眩晕发作以及治疗效果具有一定的影响。血浆ET水平可间接反映ISSHL的病情和预后,及时检测ET对于预防和治疗ISSHL具有指导价值。

Changes of endothelin in peripheral blood from patients with idiopathic sensorineural sudden hearing loss

Objective To investigate the roles of endothelin（ET）in the idiopathic sensorineural sudden hearing loss（ISSHL）by detecting ET in the peripheral blood.Methods 60 ISSHL patients and 56 healthy people were en-rolled in the study.The ET was detected by radioimmunoassay.Results The ET level in the ISSHL group were sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group（P0.01）.There was linear correlation between the ET level and deaf-ness degree（r=0.771,P0.01）.The ET level in the ISSHL group with vertigo was obviously higher than that in the group without vertigo（P0.01）.In the hearing improved patients,the ET level after treatment was obviously lower than that before treatment（P0.01）,there was no statistical significance of the ET level between the hearing improved patients after treatment and the control subjects.In the hearing unimproved patients,the ET level after treatment was obviously lower than that before treatment（P0.01）,but higher than the control subjects P0.01）.Conclusions ET may play an important role in the hard of hearing,episode of vertigo and curative effect on the ISSHL.The plasma ET level can indirectly predict the pathogenetic condition and prognosis of ISSHL,so it is useful for the prophylaxis and therapy of ISSHL to detect the content of ET.
