45例胆心综合症临床分析

目的研究胆道系统疾病与冠心病之间的关系,探讨胆心综合症的病因、发病机理和临床表现,提高临床诊治水平。方法回顾分析1998年1月至2002年12月间,因胆道系统疾病而住院治疗的患者中,有心电图异常或存在不同程度冠心病症状的45例患者的临床资料,研究针对胆道系统疾病治疗后对冠心病的影响。结果本组中1例突发心跳骤停死亡,其余44例中胆道疾病治愈后冠心病症状明显好转37例,好转率为84.1%。结论胆道系统疾病与冠心病发作之作存在一定的因果关系,临床上称为胆心综合症。胆心综合症病例中,胆道系统疾病治愈后,绝大部分患者的冠心病症状能够获得根本缓解。

Clinical analysis of 45 cases of gallbladder- heart syndrome

Objective:To Study the relation between the disease of biliary system and coronsry heart disease discuss the pathogeny,the mechanism and the clinic representation of gallbladder- heart syndrome,and improv the level of the diagnosis and treatment Methods:It reviews the clinic information of the patients who's electrocardiogram were devint and who had the symptom of coronsry hear disease.They were treated in hospital for suffering the disease of bile duct between Jan 1998 to Dec 2002 Results:1 patient died of cardiac arrest after being treated to the disease of biliary system,the symptom of coronsry heart disease of 37 patients was relieved largely in 44 cases Conclusion:There was consequence between the disease of billiary system and coronsry heart disease,it was called the gallbladder- heart syndrome In the cases of gallbladder- heart syndrome,after being cured of biliary system,the symptom of coronsry heart disease of large patients was relieved
