摘    要:目的:建立槐叶和龙爪槐叶中有效成分芦丁及其苷元槲皮素的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,以醋酸乙酯-甲酸-水(8:1:1)为展开剂,展开;以三氯化铝和碘蒸气显色后进行定性鉴别。结果:槐叶和龙爪槐叶中均含与槐花中相同的有效成分芦丁及其苷元槲皮素。结论:该方法可用于槐叶和龙爪槐叶的定性鉴别。

Abstract:Objective: In order to establish the identification method determining the nature on effective chemical compositions in the leaves of Sopbora japonica L. and s. japonica L. f. pendu- la Loud. Arb. Brit, effective chemical compositions include rutin and quercetin. Method: We use the method of TLC. first, the extracted liquid is opened up on a thin board in a chemical preparation composed with acetidine and formic acid and water(8: 1: 1), the let the thin board show color by aluminium trichloride and iodine vapor respectively. Result: There are effective chemical compositions include rutin and its aglycone quercetin, in the leaves of Sopbora japonica L. and s. japonica L. f. pendula Loud. Arb., the same as the flower of Sopbora japonica L. Conclu- sion: TLC is a suitable method for the identification determining nature on effective chemical com- positions in the leaves of Sopbora japonica L. and s. japonica L. f. pendula Loud. Arb.
