男性STD患者性伴侣通知意愿调查分析

目的　了解男性性病患者性伴侣通知的现状及影响因素 ,探索提高性病患者性伴通知率的策略。方法　收集 2 0 0 4年 2～ 6月六安市 3个性病门诊病例 ,选择 35 6例患者进行深入访谈 ,完成问卷调查。结果　 74 .7%的患者不愿将自己的病情告知性伴侣 ;羞辱感是影响性伴侣通知的主要因素 (OR =0 .5 5 ,95 %CI=0 .33～ 0 .92 ) ;33.1%的患者在患病期间仍与性伴侣发生性行为 ;2 8%的患者在性行为时使用安全套。结论　性病门诊医务人员在提供性病诊疗服务时应开展健康咨询服务 ,以消除患者羞辱感 ,提高性伴侣就诊率 ,减少无保护的危险性行为 ,降低STD的感染和再传播。

Investigation on Sex Partner Notification and Influence Factors among Male STD Patients

Objective To understand the sex partner notification and the influencing factors among male STD patievts. Mehtods 356 male STD patients were selected in three STD clinics in Liuan city from February to June of 2004 and detailed interviews were performed with anonymous questionnaires. Results 74.7% of the patients were reluctant to inform their sex partners about their STDs and the feeling of stigma was the main reason (OR=0.55,95% CI=0.33-0.92). 33.1% persisted in sexual activities during their course of diseases and only 28% used condoms. Conclusions Health counseling should be carried out to banish patients` stigma and reduce risky sexual behaviours. On the other hand, STD patients should be encouraged to inform their sex partners about their diseases.
