| 摘 要： | 目的：研究腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗方法。方法：采用作者设计的：有限手术”治疗腰椎间盘突出症382例。其中256例患者随访3月－6年。结果：疗效成241例（占94．15％），良9例（3．52％），优良率为97．67％。结论：本文介绍的手术方法能最大限度地保持脊柱的稳定性，同时切除突出物，解除神经压迫，操作简便，远近期疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the operative method of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method:Limited operation for the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc designed by ourselves were performed in 382 patients.Among them,256 cases were followed up from 3 months to 6 years.Results:The outcome was excellent in 241 cases (94.15%),good in 9 cases(3.52%).Conclusion:The surgical method introduced in our articale could made the best of spinal stability with removing the osteophyte and releasing the compression of nerve.The efficacy in short and long time followup is good. |
