| 摘 要： | 目的:观察国产苯溴马隆治疗青年高尿酸血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:113例青年高尿酸血症患者随机分为2组:对照组55例,给予低嘌呤饮食治疗;治疗组58例,在对照组基础上,加服国产苯溴马隆50mg,qd。4周后测定血尿酸含量和相关指标。结果:治疗组总有效率(84.48%)高于对照组(41.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组的血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐、微量白蛋白尿较对照组有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);2组治疗前后在血常规和肝功能方面则无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验中2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:国产苯溴马隆对青年高尿酸血症有较好的治疗作用,且不良反应少。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic benzbromarone in treatment of hyperuricemia in the youth. METHODS: 113 young patients with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into treatment group(n=58) and control group(n=55). Both groups were given low purine diet for four weeks.
