怀化地区少数民族乡村妇女下生殖道感染普查结果分析

目的了解湖南西部地区少数民族乡村妇女下生殖道感染现状,为基层预防保健工作提供重要依据。方法对怀化市13个乡镇2018名乡村妇女进行妇科病普查,了解下生殖道感染性疾病的发病情况,分析其发病情况与年龄、民族文化习俗、文化程度、卫生习惯等的关系。结果2018例普查妇女中共有1805例（89.45%）妇女检出妇科病,下生殖道感染性疾病发病率最高,共有1404例（69.57%）妇女患有下生殖道感染性疾病,其中前庭大腺囊肿38例（1.88%）,阴道炎415例（29.56%）,慢性宫颈炎951例（47.13%）。不同年龄、文化程度、各民族间下生殖道感染患病率比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.005）。结论在少数民族地区,下生殖道感染性疾病是妇科常见病,其发病与年龄、文化程度、民族文化习俗、卫生习惯等因素有关。为降低妇女下生殖道感染的患病率,应针对妇女生殖道感染患病影响因素进行有效的预防和干预。

Analysis about the general investigation results of lower reproductive tract infections among minority region countrywoman

Objective:To learn the current situation about lower reproductive tract infections among minority countrywomen in the west of hunan,to offer important evidences for precaution and health protection.Methods: Investigated the gynaecopathy among 2018 countrywomen in 13 towns of huaihua city,got the message of lower reproductive tract infections' incidence,and analyzed the relationship between age,nation culture customs,culture level,health habits and the incidence.Results:Of 2018 women,1805 women were found out beening suffered from gynaecopathy,the highest incidence was lower reproductive tract infections,1404(69.57%) women were suffered from lower reproductive tract infections.38 cases of Bartholin cyst,415 cases of vaginitis and 951 cases of chronic cervicitis.There were significance difference between age,nation culture customs and the incidences of lower reproductive tract infections(P<0.005).Conclusion: In minority region,lower reproductive tract infections are common gynaecopathy,the incidence is related to age,nation culture customs,culture level and health habits.In order to lower down the incidence of lower reproductive tract infections,we should carry out effective precaution and intervention measure to aim at the influencing factors of reproductive tract infections.
